Custom bow builds typically ship within 10-14 business days to ensure precision tuning and quality control before leaving our facility.

We offer a 30-day return window for all accessories in original, unopened packaging. Please note that used strings or customized items are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on Mathews bow limbs?
Yes, all original owners are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on limbs and risers, provided the bow was purchased through an authorized dealer.
Can I adjust the draw weight of my bow at home?
While minor adjustments can be made using the limb bolts, we strongly recommend visiting an authorized technician to ensure the bow remains synchronized and safe.
