At Mathews Archery, we stand behind the precision and quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
